How to Update Your SIM Card Information

Here are the simple steps to update your SIM card details:

1. Visit the official Globe website.
2. Enter your 11-digit mobile number and click the “Next” button.
3. Select the “SIM Registration Details” option.
4. Update the information you wish to change, such as your name, ID, and other details.
5. Click the “Submit” button. A confirmation code will be sent to your mobile number. Enter this code to complete the update.

If you are a postpaid or Platinum customer, you will receive a text message from the company to confirm your registration details. Reply with “SIMREG” to 8080 to verify your information and complete your registration. You will then receive a confirmation message from Globe indicating that your registration was successful.

• Locate the nearest Globe store or retailer.
• Visit the store or retailer.
• Inform the staff that you wish to register your Globe SIM.
• Present your valid ID and any required documents.
• The representative may ask for details such as your full name, city, postal code, and other necessary information to complete the form.
• Provide all requested information for security purposes.
• Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation message on your SIM.
• After successful verification, insert your SIM card and start using Globe services seamlessly.

• Visit the official SIM Registration link for Globe site at new.globe.com.ph/simreg.
• Click on “View or edit your details” below the “Enter your number” box.
• Enter your 11-digit mobile number in the provided box.
• Go to “Update Information” and make changes to the details you wish to update, such as:
• Name
• ID Card
• Address
• Any other details
• Confirm your changes and click the submit button.
• You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number for confirmation.
• Enter the OTP to complete the update of your details.
